Markit BOAT™ operates a comprehensive and dedicated support service, with immediate, specialist response to alerts and calls. It provides an on-site service for London based users, and telephone support for all other users worldwide. Markit BOAT™ specialists are ready to respond to alerts and phone calls immediately providing the following services:

  • Resolving reference data queries

  • Technical API issues

Markit BOAT™ operates on all European Union (EU) business days.

Quotes are published from 08:00 - 20:00 Central European Time/Central European Time Summer (CET/CETS) and trade reports from 08:15 - 18:15 CET/CETS.

The support desk is open from 07:45 - 20:00 CET/CETS on all weekdays except Christmas Day and New Years Day. Support is available outside these hours via Markit’s global support infrastructure.
