Steve Lefler is Markit’s Chief Information Officer. An industry expert in the development and management of financial systems technology with over 15 years' experience, he is responsible for the firm's global technology development.  Steve co-founded Communicator which Markit acquired in 2006. Prior to Communicator, Steve worked for 10 years in technology at Salomon Brothers where he established and led the fixed-income e-commerce technology group.
