Client Implementation Analysts
Markit is currently seeking client implementation analysts to join the Markit Trade Processing team. The Markit Trade Processing service is a web-based suite of solutions for automating over-the-counter (OTC) derivative post-trade processing, including affirmation, confirmation and portfolio reconciliation services.
This exciting position gives candidates an opportunity to work with multiple customers on a daily basis as they guide clients through the implementation process. You will see the results of your work immediately through increased revenues and satisfied customers.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Manage day to day activities of the Markit Trade Processing
- Implementation/Operations team including assuring proper coverage of support desk by coordinating team’s schedules, managing client’s expectations on deliverables, prioritizing client specific projects
Work with customers to implement Markit's Trade Processing Platform and generate regular status and management reports both internally and for customers - Meet with clients to become familiar with their operational workflows to facilitate the onboarding process. Analysts coordinate all client activities such as collecting necessary data, configuring client environment, setting up user roles
- Provide second level customer support and investigate client issues. Monitor support queue team to assure client communications are being addressed by the team in a timely fashion. When necessary, coordinate and work with technology team to resolve more challenging problems
- Product testing pre and post releases
- Serve as point of escalation to client’s and internal teams
- Provide customer feedback to the product managers
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of financial markets and OTC Derivatives, working knowledge of DTCC and Swapswire is required
- Strong analytical skills
Candidate must be fluent in Excel. Experience with Access or any other databases is a plus - Strong communication skills and high degree of professionalism
- Must have experience working in client services, client support, or in any other client facing positions
- Must have management experience
This position is at the Vice President level.
